Daughters of Penelope Hesperus 359

We, The Daughters of Penelope Hesperus 359, are very proud of our achievements during this difficult economic period in Greece.  In the 30 years of our existence as a chapter we have made great strides.  We have been recognized by the Greek government as a philanthropic organization and we continue to work diligently to attain our goals and continue united and strong to help improve the lives of those who are less fortunate than us.  Our major events which were held during the 2010-2011 calendar year (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine’s Day) helped raise money to continue our ongoing support towards our causes which are:

§  Payment of the monthly salary to the physical therapist

¨      Agion Apostolon Senior Citizen’s Home Tzitzifies

¨      Evaggelismos Hospital
