AHEPA is governed by two international supreme legal documents. First is the AHEPA SUPREME CONSTITUTION 2010 and second the Supreme By-Laws 2010 which are updated when needed at the annual Supreme Conventions.
Then AHEPA HELLAS District 25 also is governed by it’s local AHEPA HELLAS DISTRICT 25 By Laws and finally operates in the Hellenic Republic as a non-profit civil company under the Greek State Constitution document filed with the Court of First Instance Greek State Constitution with Amendment and additional amendment in 2010 2010 Amendment to Greek State Constitution.
